Hair oil

To use ylang-ylang essential oil, prepare this special growth oil for your hair . To make it you will need:

  • 3 tablespoons non-greasy vegetable oil of your choice (almond , coconut, wheat germ, jojoba, olive oil, etc.).
  • 1 tablespoon of nigella oil.
  • 10 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.

In a bowl in a bain-marie, mix the three oils and transfer everything into a bottle for application.

After your shampoo and conditioner, apply the oil to the hairline and massage  for  five minutes.

Cover your head with  plastic wrap  and a  hot towel  for  up to ten minutes  and rinse it off.

You can also apply this oil on your braids and rub your scalp with your fingers once a week to nourish your hair, make it grow and fight against itching.

Nourishing butter

This nourishing hair butter is a pomade to have on you.

You can use it to seal the moisture in your hair, apply it before doing a protective hairstyle or use it for your oil baths.

To get a nourishing ylang-ylang butter, you will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of shea butter.
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil of your choice (jojoba, coconut, olive, mustard, almond, grapeseed, wheat germ, hazelnut, etc.).
  • 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.
  • 15 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil.

Pour all the above ingredients into a bowl. Using a mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until you get a smooth, creamy, white and homogeneous pate.

Shea butter will   deeply nourish your hair.

Vegetable oil and essential oils will provide hydration, form a  protective barrier  and fight against the problems of your scalp.

To make an oil bath , apply your butter to the hair from root to tip.

You let the mixture sit under a plastic film and a hot towel for  45 minutes to 1 hour  and then you shampoo.

You can also use it as a nourishing butter by applying a few hazelnuts to your beautiful hair!
